Instructions
To use a Flat Top Cleaning Brick you only need water and apply light pressure to easily remove grease, stains, rust, residue and caked-on food residue. Dip the brick into water or apply water to the griddle or grill, push the pumice brick back and forth from top to bottom, working your way from one side to the other until the Flat Top griddle is clean. Rinse or wipe the Flat Top griddle with a wet paper towel or a wet grill cloth to remove residual pumice dust after cleaning. The Flat Top Cleaning Brick leaves your Flat Top griddle fresh and clean for your next cookout.
