Our Vanilla Honey is handmade using our famous farm-fresh Raw Honey and Grade A Vanilla Beans. The infusion process for creating our Vanilla Honey is our most labor-intensive flavor that requires splitting the vanilla bean pods in half with a knife in order to scrape the seeds into the honey for maximum flavor. Each gallon of honey requires 30 vanilla beans!
